Help!!

I've been trying to update for awhile, but can't. Blogger won't let me upload pictures. It used to give me the "browse" option, but now it doesn't. It only gives the option to upload pics from my phone, picasa web, a different url, or old pictures from the blog. None of those are where my pics are...they are on my computer, in my "blog" folder. Any suggestions? Why, all of a sudden, is this a problem?
